1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders globally, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: 3-5 business days (includes quality inspection & professional shockproof packaging).

Estimated Delivery:

USA: 8-12 business days

Europe / UK / Canada: 8-15 business days

Asia: 5-10 business days

Rest of the World: 15-20 business days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

USA Customers: Orders under $800 are typically duty-free under De Minimis laws.

Premium Insurance: Orders over $500 include complimentary shipping insurance for full-value protection.

4. Secure Packaging

To prevent damage, multiple teapots may be shipped in separate parcels. Each will have its own tracking number. We use custom-lined, reinforced boxes designed for fragile Zisha clay.

5. 100% Damage Protection Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered: Email service@puretage.com within 48 hours.

Attach photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a Full Refund or Free Replacement.

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order departs our studio.
